Thanksgiving meal fixing for foster families
On the Friday before Thanksgiving, St. Elizabeth’s provided 35 boxes of food to the foster families of Covington County. The boxes contained enough fixings to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for each family. The church has provided this outreach service for several years.
Helping to pack the boxes and deliver them to the Department of Human Services were Law and Public Safety students of Covington County Career and Technical Education Complex. They were accompanied by their teacher, Jennifer Cade.
